The new Google+ comes with an innovative feature!!!
A year ago, Google + penetrated with enthusiasm in the world of social network, starting with a convincing arsenal of features and almost unlimited resources to promote coming from the Google Creator. A year later, Google+ boasts 250 million registered users, of which at least 150 million accesses its services at least once a month.
To encourage more users to try the Google+ Network, Google is constantly enriched and extended the support for the network’s functionality for mobile devices. Latest additions were presented at the Google I / O conference, when Google announced a new application for Android phones that comes with a new set of profiles, ribbon bar and notification system. Additionally, native applications have been presented for Android and iPad tablets adapted for their screens.
Google + Events
At the Google I / O conference was presented a completely new function, called Events. It provides integration with Google Calendar and lets you send invitations to various events, monitoring participation, sharing photos and more.
To define an event, simply choose a title, date and time of deployment, and the location where it will be. After specifying the final details, we can focus on electing people that we want to invite. They can be friends from Google + circles, but also people who aren’t members of this social network. The difference is that the latter won’t have access to advanced features such as the live photo sharing system.
We can choose between 28 “film” themes for guests (images with subtle animations), or we can use the Change Theme to create a custom theme.
People who receive an invitation are able to confirm or reject participation, with the option to check your Google Calendar fixed commitments before answering.
The events which will take place, are listed in the New Events section. When selecting an event we can see a list of other participants and any comments left by them. Before, during and after the event, participants can add photos, uploading images directly, giving link to them or using the Google + installed on your mobile phone.
All images will appear in the Event Information section, and if you activate the Party Mode option from Google +, the pictures coming from coming from a mobile phone are loaded immediately after being obtained.
Even if Google isn’t doing wonders promoting the Google+ Social Network, new feature comes in handy, especially the guest system with the Party Mode function – very useful for tracking events in full swing.
