- Click Mail on the file menu and choose Preferences.
The mail settings window will be displayed.
- Change any information that is incorrect. To add a new account, click the at the bottom under mail accounts.
Important: Refer to step 1 to find out the email server settings for your email address
Important: The process for configuring new accounts and changing settings is the same as it has been in previous versions of Mail.
